MyOfficeDays is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you. This policy explains what the app does and doesn't do with your information.
We collect nothing. MyOfficeDays has no servers, no accounts, and sends no data anywhere.
All data you create in MyOfficeDays — attendance records, check-in photos, leave entries, settings, and public holidays — is stored locally on your iPhone and backed up to your personal iCloud account. iCloud sync happens between your own devices only, under your Apple ID. We have no access to it.
MyOfficeDays uses your device's location to:
Your location is never stored beyond the single coordinate optionally embedded in a check-in record, and it is never transmitted off your device.
The camera is used to capture check-in photos as proof of attendance. Photos are saved to your device's photo library and to the app's local storage. They are not uploaded anywhere.
MyOfficeDays contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics frameworks, and no third-party tracking of any kind. The only external service the app contacts is a public holiday data API, which receives your selected country code to fetch holiday dates — no personal information is included in this request.
MyOfficeDays is intended for working adults and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated date above will reflect it.
